Business Development Associate
JOB SUMMARY:
A Business Development Associate at Argano is at the forefront of generating new leads and sales business opportunities through outbound prospecting and cold calling. They work with various departments and assist and support the sales team and other business development positions. Their primary responsibility is to identify and engage potential med to large-size prospect clients, introducing them to Argano's business and technology services. This role is instrumental in building a top of the funnel robust sales pipeline and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. They attract new prospective clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships to convert them into new billable clients. Other responsibilities include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities. **

Skill Requirements –
The base compensation range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 commensurate with experience plus commission. Argano also offers a strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Parental Leave and Flexible Time Off.
