Job description

Remote in US

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support through the ServiceNow system to stakeholders for day to day needs related to Workday
  • Partner with stakeholders to determine payroll and HR technology business requirements and translate them to simplified processes via Workday
  • Documenting and evaluating end user requirements
  • Audit, generate and support mass EIB loads into Workday
  • Consistently evaluate functionalities of Workday and recommend solutions to maximize system capabilities and HR and payroll initiatives
  • Troubleshoot system issues as they arise in core Workday modules
  • Stay current on Workday releases and enhancements and communicate potential improvements
  • Create and maintain reports or queries utilizing reporting tools

Qualifications:

  • 2 + years working experience in the Information Technology or Human Resources is required
  • High importance: Workday Recruiting Technical WD Recruiting Business Process Configuration - familiar with all Recruiting BPs (Job App, Offer, Background Screening, etc.), Document and Notification Designer, Candidate Access Troubleshooting
  • High importance: Reporting Technical Experience developing custom Workday reports and making adjustments to existing custom reports based on business needs. Should be able to create complex calc fields used for reporting/integrations
  • Medium Importance: Workday Integrations Technical Troubleshooting Integration errors (such as integrations being sent to benefit carriers, background screening vendors or other applications)
  • Prefer candidates with Workday experience but will consider candidates with other HR systems experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira or other ticketing systems for ticket tracking and spring planning
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to adjust strategies depending on outcome
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Gsuite (Gmail, GoogleDocs, Google Sheets)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related preferred.
