Job Description

  • The Territory Manager (TM) serves as a Trusted Advisor to new and existing accounts by building in-depth knowledge of Ritchie Bros. selling solutions and platforms. The TM effectively positions these solutions to meet the complex needs of customers. The TM will research to identify territory needs and opportunities and use effective sales strategies and go-to-market action plans to maximize Share of Wallet (SOW). This role will oversee the proper execution of Sales and serve as the voice of the customer on many occasions which makes relationship-building skills critical. This role works both independently and collaboratively to build strong partnerships with customers and ensure best in class customer experience.
