Associate Manager Front End Development

As an associate manager front end development at Progressive, you’ll contribute to a multibillion-dollar e-commerce platform and develop cutting edge and innovative digital experiences. You’ll lead a team of at least four digital front end developers, helping to create the next generation of digital insurance experiences for Progressive.com. You will plan, execute, and maintain content delivery and experience optimization solutions powered by our Content Management System (CMS) and testing platforms. In this position, you and your team will work across our tech stacks, leveraging integrated SaaS platforms to craft content structures and facilitate testing plans targeted on delivering the best possible customer experiences.

Must-have Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree or higher and five years of business/digital interaction or design experience
• In lieu of degree, seven years of business/digital interaction or design experience

Preferred Skills

• Strong proficiency working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and an understanding of clean coding structures, accessibility, and responsive design. Additional experience developing data-driven SPA or SPA-like web experiences using Vue and Nuxt.js, or similar reactive technologies is a plus
• Experience managing a team of front end developers and integrating with design and strategy groups
• Experience working with content management systems (specifically headless/decoupled platforms) and integrating with optimization testing platforms such as Monetate, Optimizely, Marketo, etc
• Familiarity developing within ASP .NET MVC Architecture using Razor and C#
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign) or similar tools

Compensation

• $93,200 – $124,300/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
