We’re looking for an experienced Paid Ads Manager who is passionate about developing on those platforms to join our growing team!

Your mission at Algofy: As the driving force behind our clients' business strategy , you will play a pivotal role within our dynamic and innovative .COM team, which is dedicated to providing PPC advertising services across Google and Meta. Your daily responsibilities will be: - Contributing to process development and account management best practices within advertising accounts for the performance marketing team. - Setting up campaigns in Google & Meta to optimize for sales and leads. - Configuration of custom audiences and niche segments to impact specific target audiences most likely to purchase our client’s products. - Analysis of results in Google Ads, Analytics , and our own custom dashboards. - Developing a strategy for optimization based on campaign results, KPIs , and best practices. - Monitoring new advertising features and industry trends and making recommendations for new campaign types, tactics, and audience segments. - Feed and GMC strategy development, creating and executing a comprehensive strategy for data feeds and Google Merchant Center (GMC) operations in alignment with the client's goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications: - 2+ years of work experience managing paid ads accounts (agency experience is a plus). - Detail-oriented with deep analytical skills, thinking creatively when identifying and resolving problems. - Demonstrated ability to develop and improve account management processes. - Process-oriented approach with excellent communication skills and the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback. - Comfortable with direct client interaction, able to deliver presentations and make strategic recommendations to clients, translating technical concepts into easily understandable language. - Possess a deep understanding of data feed formats and in-depth knowledge of Google Merchant Center , including familiarity with product listing requirements, feed rules, and setup. - Highly competent with data analysis and reporting , budgeting , and forecasting - High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
