Channel Impact is looking for a creative, motivated, and customer-focused Integrated Marketing Campaign Program Manager to join our Marketing team. The Integrated Marketing Campaign Program Manager will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and execution of integrated programs designed to drive awareness and pipeline generation through multiple channels and to enable sales and partners.
This is a full-time, salaried position that includes benefits and is open to candidates in the U.S. and Canada.
What you will be doing: - Work closely with stakeholders to develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive marketing plans and deliverables that generate awareness and create demand for solutions and products. - Work closely with stakeholders on a mix of online and offline omnichannel campaign elements, including web, social (paid and organic), community, surveys, emails, webinars, events, etc. - with the most compelling and creative calls to action to deliver pipeline goals. - Thorough understanding of the demand waterfall and how to set and measure progress against goal attainment at each stage of the waterfall. - Work closely with Corporate, Product, and other marketing functions to identify and develop new assets, offers, content and sales tools to support integrated demand campaigns. - Collaborate with worldwide field marketing and demand generation teams for efficient and effective execution of integrated marketing campaigns worldwide. - Drive customer acquisition, cross-sell, and up-sell efforts to meet expected targets through a keen understanding of the most relevant and engaging content needed during the stages of a B2B sales cycle. - Enable the sales field and partner teams to ensure that they are aware of the latest marketing programs and content and have the right tools to follow up as required. - Consistently iterate and improve marketing programs through measurement and optimization. - Assist with campaign budgets, timelines, resources, processes, and technologies. - Track and report on strategic, operational, and tactical metrics using data to manage resource allocation, outcomes, and success.
What you bring: - 5+ years of post-undergraduate experience managing demand generation, customer acquisition, or corporate programs for technology companies. - Candidates should possess a keen understanding of B2B strategy, content creation, and omnichannel activations, with a strong background in customer acquisition strategies, creative marketing campaign development and execution, and data analysis. Ideal candidates will possess the ability to drive meaningful action from large data sets. - Hands-on knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing and a proven track record of delivering qualified traffic from both an acquisition and conversion standpoint - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. - An organized individual with great attention to detail and focus on the quality of results. - A self-motivated individual, a strong team player, and someone who takes accountability and ownership of his/her work. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, including demonstrated proficiency in oral, writing and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting. - Ability to think out of the box and test new, creative approaches and strategies. - Passion for results, measurement, and optimization to continuously drive ROI. - Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Folloze, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required. - Bachelor’s degree required.
