Business Analyst for Information Security Management & IT Operations, asap, remote and FFM (m/w/d)

For our client from the banking sector we are looking for a Business Analyst for Information Security Management & IT Operations (m/w/d) at the earliest possible date. **

Context:**

The Group has launched an IT program to improve the protection against new security threats and cope with the latest regulatory requirements. This program impacts strongly Information Security Management and IT Operations teams with the improvement of the central asset inventory (CMDB) and GRC tool.

Additionnally in the scope are the SIEM & log monitoring tools.

The Group IT department is organized into IT "Business Verticals" where each business has its entry point to IT department, and transversal teams (Architecture, Software development factory, Operations).

In this organisation our cloent is looking for the IT Business partner for Information Security Management team (ISM) and IT operations team (IT ops), to support all IT projects and run activities of those two departments.

Duration: 12 months +

Location:

• On-site work (2-3d/week) based in the following locations in Frankfurt
• Remote working 2-3d/week
• International business travel: average stays of 2-3 days:

Germany: Sarrebruk, Paris or Clichy (~ 1x / month), other locations possible (Tunis) **

Expectations**

• Facing the business contacts / end-users in Paris and Germany
• Qualify, challenge and frame the needs directly with the operational business lines or their

representative

• Rationalization of business case, formalization of rational and preparation of synthesis for decision-making by top management
• Identification of architecture impacts, definition of target functionnal architecture
• Manage the governance committees (English), workshop…
• Design the features (UI / logic / data), and model functionnally the system (sequence, dependancies…)
• Manage Incident process: qualification, functionnal analysis, coordination, resolution plan
• Manage change requests in accordance with the service budget and framework
• Design Workbreakdown structure, planning and budget management
• Steer the project, manage resources, budget, timelline
• Facing the developer team in Tunisia and Germany
• Write detailed functional specifications
• Provide functional support to developers
• Acceptance and validation of functionalities
• Facing the Head of IT ISM & IT Operations
• Project and progress reporting
• Reporting of alerts, risks and proposed solutions

Background

• Minimum 5 years experience working in IT Operations, Information Security or Security Operations
• Business context : International context with AGILE organisation
• Functional context :On premises & private cloud infrastructure
• System context : GRC, IT Service Management, SIEM, Monitoring
• Strong knowledge on cyber security concepts and technology
• Strong knowledge on monitoring network infrastructure
• Knowledge of Cloud concepts and infrastructure vs. On premises
• In-depth knowledge of IT service management concepts and best practices, ideally Ivanti Neurons solutions
• Sense of ownership
• Ability to demonstrate / argue, ability to defend one's reasoning
• Ability to drive projects
• Clear and concise verbal communication
• Excellent Written communication and synthesis skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• You are fully fluent in English (+ French or German)
