Job description

Domain: Human Resources Intern
Note: This is an Unpaid Internship

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms in order to identify potential applicants for firm job openings.
  • End to end recruitment, Organising different Activities meant for Employee Engagement.
  • Posting job openings on job boards or any other Social Media Platform.
  • Planning, Coordinating and supervising the employment of new interns.
  • Candidates will also assist with the onboarding and orientation of new interns.
  • Training and Development of the newly onboarded ones.

Skills and Requirements
  • Person must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good at time Management and handling Pressure. 
  • Should be smart in terms of problem solving and should be a critical thinker.
  • Dynamic Personality, Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Person should have a desire to gain knowledge.

Duration: 3 Months
