Role and Responsibilities:
As a Manager - SaaS Sales (US) you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement in the US market. Your key duties will include managing the sales pipeline, nurturing client relationships, and implementing sales initiatives to achieve sales targets.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Additionally, the candidate must have a proven track record in inside sales management, preferably in the CRM or SaaS industry, with at least 10+ years of experience.
The candidate should also demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and an analytical mindset with proficiency in sales analytics tools to drive data-driven decisions.
A strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for driving business growth is essential.
