Job Summary:**
The Wealth Advisor works in a client-focused, team-centered environment under the direction of one of the firm’s Managing Directors and local office Wealth Management leadership to support the team’s region-wide business development and client service efforts. **

Location: This is a remote role located in CO, UT, ID, MT, SD, NE, KS, MN, IA, MO, WI, or IL. **
Work Schedule: Business hours Monday through Friday.
Working Conditions: Professional office environment. Working inside. Standing and sitting. Will be assigned to a work station. Travel assumed at up to 50% of the time for client needs and/or required internal or external trainings.
Salary:**
Average annual salary range for this position across our locations is: $75,000 to $200,000. Actual base pay within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills and licenses/certifications. This position is also eligible to earn incentive compensation through one of Mercer Advisors’ incentive compensation programs. **
