We are looking for a Consultant II, Senior, Principal or Managing Workday Recruiting Post Production Consultant (experience level will determine job title) who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.
Requirements (What We’re Looking For):
Workday Recruiting Certification
1+ years Workday Recruiting post-production support experience with a Workday partner, for customers of all sizes
Knowledge with Offer Letter configuration, job requisitions and job application dynamic process configuration/debugging
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests and/or tickets to meet customer deliverables
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
Work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Workday Recruiting solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance and optimize the client’s business needs
Work directly with clients, solving Workday Recruiting issues as they arise
Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization
Assist with internal initiatives, as assigned, designed to improve the team, department or company
Manage a team of consultants, guiding them through their Workday/professional development and handling escalations (Manager Level)
Utilize Workday experience and knowledge to develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level)

The hiring base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At TopBloc, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range salary is $65,000- $180,000.
