Job Title: AWS Architect
Location: Bellevue, WA or Atlanta, GA
Job Type: 6-12+ Months

Job Description:
1. Overall 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of experience in Strategic Compensation Systems Design: Develop and maintain a comprehensive compensation IT architecture strategy that aligns with the organization's business goals and ensures scalability and flexibility to adapt to changing compensation needs.
2. Experience in integration of data sources, including HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), financial systems, and market data, to support compensation decisions. Leverage data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for compensation planning.
3. Deep knowledge of data used in commissions; commission rules as applicable in Telecom for various direct, indirect sales channels. Proven experience in scalable compensation ecosystem architecture including design, implementation of scalable adapter systems that serve as data ingestion, cleaning, and transform layer.
4. Experience in driving the development and adoption of automated compensation processes. This will require expert level expertise rule-based engines in current use; Scorecard Systems (SAA) for Subscriber and feature activity analytics and calculations. This role is responsible for leveraging technologies such as AI and machine learning to streamline calculations, reporting, and administration, while minimizing errors and optimizing resource utilization
5. 5+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture with proven expertise in developing enterprise compensation systems using AWS, Varicent, Callidus offerings. Define the technology stack and tools that will support the compensation IT architecture, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with other HR and financial systems.
6. Proven experience with Telecom compensation data analysis, to do RCA and create short term and long-term solutions. Familiarity with troubleshooting Telecom prepaid, postpaid, IOT, Scorecard product catalog and billing systems data for various LOB.
