What will you be doing?**

We are seeking a highly organized and innovative Director of Events to manage the event sponsorship strategy, negotiation, and execution to deliver Circana’s sales goals. This role will manage the identification of the events key to lead generation, and brand awareness across Circana’s product portfolio. In addition, this role supports senior executives and select Board members to execute custom-designed events for defined target audiences. Primary responsibilities will include partnering with meeting planners, Commercial leaders, vertical Marketing and Creative teams to communicate recommendations, status, and execution of events globally to improve process and structure in the organization, and drive Marketing’s success through organizational and operational excellence. **

Job Responsibilities**

  • Identify industry events key to brand awareness and lead generation across Circana’s product portfolio and make recommendations for budget and spend to Marketing and the Commercial teams.
  • Negotiate sponsorships and fulfill the requirements.
  • Partner with meeting planners for implementation.
  • Manage internal communications across cross-functional team to deliver sponsorship, creative, client meetings and ROI.
  • Post event analysis to guide strategic evolution.
  • Manage custom-designed events with senior executives and select Board members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an event sponsorship director, meeting planner, marketing manager or similar role.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field.

_The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

_ _The salary range for this role is $95,000.00 $150,000.00.

_ _This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
