What will you be doing?**
This role will occupy a highly visible position within the Innovation Solutions Practice, one of Circana’s most strategic and dynamic businesses. The role will be responsible for supporting business development collaborating with Manager, translation of client issues/objectives to project requirements and project delivery for all products within the Innovation portfolio practice, including Hendry Market Structure, Consumer Decision Trees, Concept Testing, In Store Testing, and Hendry Forecasting.
This position is client-facing (phone/video with potential for occasional on-site meetings) and requires strong analytical skills, linking client business issues to analysis, ability to mine analytical results for insights, attention to detail and ability to work with multiple internal partners throughout the Circana organization. Ability to craft a compelling story based on the analytical insights and good presentation skills are key requirements. This position also requires a focus on client service and thinking on your feet. The position will ensure high quality standards, timeliness and accuracy across project milestones are met. They will be heavily involved from proposal, project set up, work sessions, to the final client presentation.
The position’s time will involve close partnership with internal partners, including Global Analytics Center in India and external partners as needed, while managing multiple projects. Client business issues include those related to growing/re-positioning existing brands, driving the development and introduction of line extensions and new product innovation/launch. In addition to these factors, success will be measured by individual and team performance against a revenue goal, as well as their effectiveness building and growing long term client partnerships with a focus on commercialization of Circana’s new Innovation solutions. Within clients, this individual should be able to work across multiple functions including Consumer and Shopper Insights, Brand Management, Product Innovation, and Category Management.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $64,000- $120,000.
