Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Provide 2nd/3rd line support
2. Provide IT support via telephone, remotely or in person for the resolution of software, hardware or network issues, in line with service level agreements for technical issues and either resolve or escalate as appropriate
3. Liaise with external third party support teams to resolve issues to a successful conclusion, as necessary
4. Interface with other IT Service teams where required, to resolve/escalate issues
5. Assist with IT related projects and travel to other Customer locations, as required
Required
• Minimum 2 years previous Service Delivery experience with:
• Windows 7, 10/MS Office 2016/ActiveDirectory
• Exchange/Outlook/Mimecast/Symantec EnterpriseVault
• Skype for Business,WebEx
• VPN/Global Protect
• AirWatch/iPhones
• SharePoint
• SCCM
Preferred
• ITIL Foundation skills desired.
• IT Technical training or degree
