Job Description

We are now strengthening our team and we’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Requirements Engineer to join our Team in Gliwice and Warsaw!

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering or a similar field.
  • Fluent knowledge in German and English.
  • Experience in the Automotive area (Requirements engineering, E-Mobility)
  • Excellent communication skills, willingness to learn, high level of initiative and interest in innovative topics.
  • A lot of energy and a strong team spirit.

Qualifications

Your key responsibilities:

  • Fluent in GERMAN - mandatory
  • Harmonization of the requirements specification with several customers
  • Evaluation and approval of technical concepts
  • Formalization of technical requirements
  • Requirements elicitation (RE) in IBM Rational DOORS/ CodeBeamer
  • Requirements Management (RM) progress tracking in Atlassian Jira
  • Participate in review meetings with clients, team members, functional developers, and testers
  • Linking written requirements in DOORS/ CodeBeamer with stakeholder requirements
  • Conduct status and rule meetings with customers
  • Review and maintain requirements development
