We currently have a career opportunity for a Lead Angular Full Stack Developer to join our Application Modernization Business Unit. This is a remote position located anywhere in the United States or Canada. **

Job Overview:**

As a Lead Angular Developer you will be responsible for executing high quality solutions for customers and contributing to the day-to-day technical excellence of a delivery team. As a core member of a project team, you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, which includes sizing, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of applications developed for our clients. You will work closely with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design.

Responsibilities**

  • Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases including estimate, develop, test, manage projects, architect and deliver.
  • Serve as a technical lead and mentor. Provide technical support or leadership in the development and continual improvement of service.
  • Detail design, development and unit / integration testing utilizing the appropriate methodologies, technology and tools.
  • Contribute to the production of client deliverables such as detailed design documentation, unit test plans and well documented code.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
  • Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.
  • Work independently with a focus on first-time quality without requiring excessive review by more senior team members.
  • Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse.
  • Ensure deliverables are of the highest quality to promote client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Passionate coder with 8-10+ years of application development experience
  • 5+ years developing Angular UI including experience in recent versions
  • Proficiency with languages and tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript and Node.js
  • Experience with Responsive Web Design and Single Page Applications
  • Experience designing and implementing microservices
  • Experience with backend development in .Net and/or Java frameworks
  • Experience with AWS and/or MS Azure serverless concepts and services
  • Full life-cycle development experience – with Agile/Scrum project approach
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude, disciplined to manage multiple responsibilities and adjust to varied environments.
  • Team oriented, interpersonal, highly motivated, passionate and creative team-player with ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within and external to the organization.
  • Future technology leaders- dynamic individuals energized by fast paced personal and professional growth.
  • Phenomenal communicators who can explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike, including high level decision makers.
  • Solid foundation in Computer Science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design.
  • Strong sense of urgency, detail oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize work flow

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $73,008.00 to $170,640.00. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
