Job description

Role: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Candidate must reside in one of these states: TX, FL, AZ, GA, NC, CO, AL, KS, OK, WA, NV, OR, ID, MN, UT, VA, IN, IA, MI, MO, NE, NH, NJ, PA, SC, MD, NM, ND, RI, VT, WI
Duration: Potential opportunity to convert to a full-time employee based on availability and performance.

Note:- LM will work with candidate to go through licensing process during assignment.

Timing: There are 2 weeks of pre-licensing, 6 weeks product training and 3 months of Nesting. During that time their shift is 10am-6:30 EST with weekends off. This is referred to the 'onboarding' portion. After this the candidate will transition to a regular position, their schedule will start between the hours of 12pm and 2:30pm EST. Weekend shift starting times typically vary between 10am and 1pm. One weekend day will be required and will be balanced with an alternate day off mid week.

3+ yrs. of proven sales experience
Held to sales goals/ held to metrics

Job Description:

As in Inside Sales Representative you will be handling inbound calls driven in by TV, Internet, Mail and Third Party Marketing. You will consult customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products and benefits to convert leads into customers.

Additional Requirements:
Using webcam and video during huddles, 1x1s, and meetings
Ensuring quality connectivity with internet service provider
Have hard-wired high-speed internet of at least 100 mbps download/ 20mbpsupload.Wi-Fiand satellite internet are not allowed
Have a dedicated workspace free from any noise or distractions
