Responsibilities - Update our ATS on each step of the hiring process. - Screening potential candidates and application forms to identify suitable profiles. - Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates. - Posting job openings to job channels and social media platforms - Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates - Maintain a healthy candidate experience and build the employer brand - Maintaining Data in the required formats and generating reports - Participate in organizing company events and careers days - Nurture a positive working environment - Have a strong sense of ownership for assigned tasks and a willingness to go the extra mile when needed. - Are an effective communicator who can establish rapport with people at all levels
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field - 4+ years of experience in the same profession. - People-oriented and results-driven - Knowledge of HR systems and databases - Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills - The ability to work as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent administrative and organizational skills. - Effective communication skills.
