Partner Program Manager

Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Partner Program Manager with solid experience in network security to join our winning team. In this role, you will help our client to build the Managed Detection Response (MRD) track for their Global Partner Program. The ideal candidate has rich experience in Partner Programs, Network Security, and program compliance.

What you will do: - Help our client to build out their next-generation Partner Program for network security partners. The focus will be on Managed Detection Response (MRD) being delivered through Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and other partner types. - Help to define a list of target partners to recruit. - Put agreements in place with partners who want to join the program. - Help to shape operations that make it easy for the partners to engage. - Audit for program compliance. - Develop Partner Program collateral/documents and onboarding tools to enhance overall partner experience and communicate to partners. - Communicate Partner programs, strategies & events and updates internally to drive alignment throughout the business.

Required Skills and Experience - Proven leadership in Partner Programs within the data security and IT spaces (Required) - 7-10 years experience at a high-growth company, successfully implementing a Partner Program (Required) - Experience in aligning global partner strategy with legal and operations compliance and policy - You will be an expert in delivering partner engagement and leading high-performance global teams with significant experience in creating and executing partner programs. - Experience with Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, and/or other similar systems - Ability to formulate a partnership vision, strategy, and execution plan - Ability to run quickly with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment - A high degree of honesty, integrity, and sound judgment - BA/BS degree required.
