Your missions

The primary purpose of the Manager, PMO is to complete the Annual planning process and serve as a RAMP Liaison. The role will manage merchandising business process improvements, supervise, and implement RAMP initiatives. Additionally, the role will manage all aspects of project management including evaluation of project performance, monitoring project progress, solve issues that arise, set deadlines, ensure stakeholder satisfaction, and produce analytics to measure progress.

  • Project Planning, Management & Delivery: Oversee planning, direction, and coordination of strategic projects from initiation through to implementation within its deliverable timeline
  • Identify resources and lead cross-functional teams in new product/service/strategy development, and work with project leaders and senior management to define the scope, objectives and outcomes, and measured completion of projects.
  • Work with senior management to establish a project budget and execute within its approved budget.
  • Develop a detailed project plan, project schedule and provide timey communication to update to stakeholders on risks, budget and project progress
  • Track all financial transactions against the project budget/plan and develop tracking and reporting tools to identify trends to ensure project meets financial requirements.
  • Execute project plan by managing project resources and activities, working in conjunction with appropriate internal partners
  • Develop documentation and tracking methods to ensure that all project information is secured, and that project objectives and deadlines are met
  • Analyze data trends and insights to evaluate project outcomes and communicate as appropriate with project leaders and senior management
  • People Management: Effectively manage, mentor, and employ PMO Analyst in the development of analytics to support strategic business initiatives
  • Vendor Management: Monitor vendor performance and output for timely delivery on commitments within budget

5 years of experience in Project management, leading, implementing and related experience, to include experience in people management, quantitative analysis **

Required**

The typical starting pay range for this position is between $88,000 - $126,250

annually, although wages can very based on experience and geography.
