Job description

Looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to assist as we modernize and transform an existing customer portal built on Experience Cloud.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience serving in a Salesforce Business Analyst role including demonstrated experience in business and functional requirements elicitation, translation and documentation
  • A minimum of one year of experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
  • Experience working in an Agile environment including gathering, documenting and managing user stories
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks
