Position is remote, 100% tele-health. 

**All candidates residing in Mountain, Central, and Eastern Time Zones are welcome to apply- but must be able to work Monday-Friday 11AM-8PM Pacific Time!**

Today’s world can be intense and stressful, and it’s taking an unprecedented toll on kids, teens, and families. Bend Health Coaching Services are designed specifically to extend more helpful resources to more families who need help managing the ups and downs of everyday life. As the research shows, mental health coaching is an effective way to manage emotions, challenge negative thinking, and reduce stress and anxiety.

We are looking for a full-time, Behavioral Care Manager passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our clinical team. This position reports to a Clinical Supervisor.

What you’ll do:

  • Review treatment plan/assessments for our coach-led programming via video conferencing, messaging, phone, or email with member families
  • Document visits and assessments and complete assigned tasks in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Update the care team regarding any pertinent information with members
  • Schedule meetings with other members of the care team as required
  • Pilot experimental case management protocols and techniques
  • Participate in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's in a psychology related field (unlicensed) or certified coach with experience in mental health
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable practicing tele-health via video
  • Organized and excited by a dynamic environment
  • Warm and engaging clinical style
  • Passionate about helping kids and teens achieve goals
  • Open to working evening hours
  • Bilingual abilities are preferred

Work schedule: Monday-Friday 11AM-8PM Pacific Time

The salary range for United States residents is $40,000-$45,000 + Bonus. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Bend Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).  Come join us to expand access to quality mental health care for kids, teens, and families!
