Job Description

Junior Art Directors need to be natural visual thinkers, ready to expand on their skills and learn from senior art directors as they contribute to design projects from brief through to execution as a member of a small working team. You will work directly with the Art Director and Creatives in managing multiple projects design projects.

 

As a Junior Art Director

  • Work collaboratively with all colleagues particularly Art Directors, Copywriters and Finished Artists to produce high standards of design work.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge and skills in the complete range of Adobe suites.
  • Ensure close collaboration with account service staff to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Participate in helping to shape and define briefing for the projects.
  • Be self-motivated and hardworking, able to work independently both effectively and efficiently.
  • Prepare accurate files for output.
  • Handle incoming Account Servicing/Traffic enquiries.
  • Familiar with every key client guideline.
  • Possess good communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate a high level of computer skills
  • Being aware of the competitive context of our clients’ businesses (noting examples of competitive marketing);

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Min 5 years Agency experience, with a comprehensive understanding of integrated campaigns
  • Strong conceptual and design ability coupled with business acumen and customer focus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and prioritization skills.
  • Strong team player.
  • Effective team building skills.
  • Understanding of digital is an advantage
  • Highly knowledgeable of branding and conceptual development for advertising.
  • Knowledge of Mac, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Successful track record of managing multiple Creative assignments.
