Working on a full life-cycle implementations of MS Dynamics 365 Commerce/Retail
Functional requirement gathering and documentation.
Execute the day-to-day activities of MS D365 advisory engagements for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
Review business processes and advise clients on system services available within the Microsoft Dynamics D365 application
Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of experience in leading and managing MS Dynamics 365 Commerce/Retail support project.
Has a strong understanding of unified commerce business operations, and experience configuring, deploying, maintaining, and using MS Dynamics 365 Commerce (Retail).
Experience of D365 Commerce/Retail implementations and support.
Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrades.
Experience of configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, MPOS.
Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectations.
Good presentation and communication skills.
