Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Working on a full life-cycle implementations of MS Dynamics 365 Commerce/Retail
  • Functional requirement gathering and documentation.
  • Execute the day-to-day activities of MS D365 advisory engagements for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
  • Review business processes and advise clients on system services available within the Microsoft Dynamics D365 application
  • Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of experience in leading and managing MS Dynamics 365 Commerce/Retail support project.
  • Has a strong understanding of unified commerce business operations, and experience configuring, deploying, maintaining, and using MS Dynamics 365 Commerce (Retail).
  • Experience of D365 Commerce/Retail implementations and support.
  • Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrades.
  • Experience of configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, MPOS.
  • Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
