We are seeking an experienced Billing Manager to join our partner company, a leading national provider supporting major cable operators. In this role, you will oversee the billing and invoicing process to ensure timely and accurate payments. You will work closely with accounting, operations, and leadership to analyze financial data, control costs, and identify process improvements. Key Responsibilities:
Check accruals and payments to subcontractors (every week, more than 200 contractors)
Compile balances by subcontractors and submit to ADP;
Develop QuickBooks accounting
Keep records of fixed assets
Do reporting by states plan vs fact:
price comparison by vendors by state; rates by states, trends; sup wages by states compared to value, trends 4. graphic visualization, etc.Requirements:
Higher specialized education;
Work experience as a finance reporting specialist for 2 years;
Advanced User: QuickBooks; MS Office;
English language level not lower than upper-intermediate;
Personal qualities: scrupulousness, honesty, decency, perseverance, responsibility;
Desire to work and develop;
Good communication skills.
