What we look for?

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to be part of an international banking project. **

Responsibilities**

• Design and build of both custom/standard components on the Salesforce platform.
• Lead a team of Salesforce Developers ensuring best practises are adhered to, providing mentorship and code review feedback as required
• Daily management of a development team.
• Work with Solution/Technical Architects to author Technical Design Documents, ensuring adherence to design patterns.
• Define/Refine the development workflow for the development team

Requirements

• 7+ years in Salesforce Development.
• 1+ years acting as a Salesforce Tech Lead
• Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Eco-System.
• Expertise providing and implementing technical solutions.
• Experience in working in both agile and waterfall methodologies
• English B2+/C1
• Experience of development outside the Salesforce platform, i.e. React/Angular/Java projects.

Work Location: 100% Remote **

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (9am to 6pm)
