What will you be doing?**

The candidate will be responsible for leading the development of enterprise applications. The activities will include defining the scope, making technology decisions, staffing, architecture, design, setting milestones and sprint planning. Coordination across development teams to define interface points and alignment of delivery timelines. Working closely with the Program Management Office, responsible for communicating overall project status with visibility to the Circana executive team. **

Job Responsibilities**

  • Analyze and create project scope and milestones for company initiatives
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the multi-disciplinary technology development team
  • Set direction and desired outcomes and ensure that those assigned understand and are held accountable for committed deliverables
  • Work with the development teams to architect and design applications
  • Provide guidance regarding technology solutions across a wide range of products and capabilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • 12-15 years of experience developing software with minimum 5 years managing software development teams
  • Experience managing remote and contractor development teams
  • Proven full life-cycle application development
  • Proficiency in Agile development
  • SQL knowledge is required
  • Mobile application development experience is a plus
  • Experience building applications with embedded Artificial Intelligence and OCR is a plus

**_The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $200,000 to $250,000.
