Role SummaryThis position supports the content supply chain by compiling and editing data about movies, TV, and music programs available to and selected by airlines for their inflightentertainment systems. The incumbent will work with other teams and adhere to tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have a passion.for media and technology, confidence in communicating both internally and externally, along with a strong work ethic.

What You’ll Be Doing• Works with cross-functional teams to edit, create synopses, and copy for movies and TV with an understanding and eye toward cultural and regional sensitivities• Handle production and QC of content metadata work product• Manage and track the translation of synopsis and other data using excel grids, third-party vendors, and internal database• Communicate with content providers, external vendors and cross functional teamson day-to-day tasks including but not limited to metadata follow-up, approvals, and translations• Contribute to internal inflight documents• Suggest process improvements to improve quality and avoid operational issues• Populate our title database when required to meet the selections of airlines that are your responsibility• Be aware of and accommodate specific airline requirements around title data• Liaise with airlines and distributors as part of fulfilling airline requirements as required• Identify and resolve technical and production issues, escalating to management as required• Calculate, monitor, and manage milestones to ensure timely deliveries• Provide coverage support when required• Exemplify the company's core values and behaviours• Accountable for delivering departmental outcomes• Offer and provide feedback for departmental continuous improvement processesExpectations• Works well under pressure• Team player able to collaborate and influence others to meet shared deadlines and goals• Strong communicator who displays courage in driving and advocating for operational excellence• Proactive, operational mindset• Self-motivated, organized, and resourceful with a strong work ethic

What We’re Looking For• 2+ years working with video, audio, subtitle, metadata, and or client serviceexperience in Media & Entertainment, film/tv production or similar industry experience is preferred• Strong understanding of video/film formats, distribution workflows, and technologies• Experience with the InFlight Entertainment industry is a plus.• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and English communication (verbal and written) skills• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision• Highly effective problem solver able to assess, adapt and action-changing priorities and strategies• Able to succeed and thrive in a dynamic, innovative, deadline-driven environment.• Willing and able to work outside of regular business hours and participate to 24/7 support when necessary
