Description**
WHAT WE NEED
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our North America Sales team, who will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified leads for their respective Regional Sales Directors and Account Managers counterparts. The SDR will manage both inbound leads and outbound call campaigns, qualifying active buying interest and identifying critical decision-makers. You will also work with Sales counterparts to coordinate efforts to research key accounts, identify additional contacts, and understand the organizational structures. You will need to be able to articulate the Hazelcast value proposition via the phone and web to Developers, IT Architects, Line of Business leaders, and C-level executives. **
