This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As a Sr. Manager, Managed Hotel Level Marketing, you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. We aim to connect the full Hilton marketing engine with our owners and properties by communicating out on performance, elevating actionable digital channel opportunities, and integrating into enterprise initiatives. On the Americas Marketing team reporting to Director, Managed Hotel Level Marketing, you will focus on maximizing performance across the Americas by increasing customer consideration and bookings through integrated marketing campaigns, differentiated hotel marketing capabilities, and empowering property-level performance. **

How You Will Make An Impact

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. **

What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like**

  • Support our managed portfolio and focus on providing strategic marketing guidance to our on-property marketing leaders, storytelling the impact of Hilton Marketing, and delivering elevated resources and services to Hilton-managed hotels.
  • Serve as the dotted and direct-line support to hotel marketing leaders (where applicable)
  • Recruit and onboard hotel marketing leaders
  • Support Director with proactive Commercial and AVP engagements
  • Support Director with Ownership engagements and presentations
  • Support annual strategic marketing plan and budget planning guidance

How You Will Collaborate With Others

  • Partner with our broader Americas Marketing team including our Marketing & eCommerce, Regional Marketing, Digital, and Planning & Performance teams to lead core initiatives that support our managed portfolio.
  • Interact with and will provide direct strategic support to on-property Managed Marketing leaders.
  • Work with Commercial and Regional leaders on critical needs and other high-impact priorities.

What Projects You Will Take Ownership Of

  • Lead critical initiatives supporting our America's Marketing Objectives that deliver value to our Managed Portfolio.
  • Lead Other Ad-Hoc Projects (as applicable)

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You Have These Minimum Qualifications

  • Seven (7) years of professional work experience
  • Three (3) years of marketing experience
  • Proven experience with public speaking and relationship management
  • Travel up to 30% of the time

It Would Be Useful If You Have

  • Experience marketing a hotel at the property level or for a hospitality company
  • Experience navigating a complex matrixed environment.
  • Experience working with agencies and media or creative brief writing.
  • Experience with people management
