Role and Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining web applications using React JS and Node JS
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Designing and implementing user interfaces using React JS frameworks and libraries
Building reusable components and libraries for future use
Optimizing application for maximum speed and scalability
Performing unit testing and troubleshooting issues
Conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality
Collaborating with backend developers to integrate frontend with backend APIs
Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in React JS and Node JS development

Candidate Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Strong understanding of React JS and Node JS concepts and architecture
Proven experience in developing web applications using React JS and Node JS
Experience with popular React JS workflows and libraries such as Redux, Webpack, and Babel
Familiarity with server-side languages such as Express.js and database systems
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Good communication skills and ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new technologies
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
