Job description

Job Overview

We are looking for someone who is excited by the idea of almost too many leads. This position entails 50-150 calls daily. The right candidate must be able to take some no's and keep rolling. We are looking for excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective contracts. We are a staffing and recruiting company, however, this role is strictly business development, with no candidate recruiting.

This position is COMMISSION ONLY (1099).

On-track earnings for this role are $100,000+ with strong performers bringing in over $250,000+ annually.

Compensation

  • This is a commission-based or profit-sharing role, with no fixed salary.
  • 25% commission on each contract in perpetuity for the duration of your time with Inuson Inc.
  • Ex: Company X wants 5 Engineers with a $100k base salary each. Our fee is based on the base salary of the placements. Lets say this results in a Gross Profit of $110,000. You earn 25% of that, resulting in a commission of $27,500.00
  • Ex continued: Company X comes back 6 months later and wants another candidate with a 100k base salary. the gross profit on that hire would be 22k. You would receive an additional $5,500 in commission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business leads and opportunities related to business digitalization.
  • Identify potential clients, conduct research, and initiate contact to establish relationships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients.
  • Work closely with the business digitalization team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2 or more years of experience in B2B contract negotiation
  • Proven experience as a Business Development / Sales Executive in staffing and recruiting industry
  • Strong phone presence
  • Very organized
  • High-energy and passion for sales
