Phenom Labs has partnered with a high-growth financial services firm to expand their Insurance Sales team. You'll be a great fit for this role if you consider yourself a driven competitor who flourishes in an independent and collaborative environment. Your role is to connect with inbound and outbound prospective clients and guide them to products that best fits their needs. Your success will require being comfortable with outbound calling, generating interest, qualifying leads, and closing deals.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails and SMS
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients to discuss their insurance needs and policies.
  • Discover new sales opportunities through diligent follow-up on inbound and outbound leads.
  • Conduct detailed client interviews to understand their financial goals and insurance needs
  • Prepare for prospect calls by researching individual/company background and other relevant lead information
  • Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, policy reviews, and updates
  • Generate leads via various channels such as referrals, networking, and marketing efforts
  • Participate in continuous training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

What to Bring:

  • Proven experience as licensed insurance agent or in a top-producing sales role.
  • Knowledge of various insurance plans (automotive, health, life, property, etc.)
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to source leads.
  • Ability to uncover and understand an individuals needs through consultative discovery
  • Capable of presenting applicable products that your clients unique circumstances
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own client base
  • Must have Life and Health license or be willing to obtain it (we can help you get licensed in under 3 weeks)
