Job Title: Audit Senior

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Audit Execution:

    • Lead and execute audit engagements, ensuring compliance with professional standards, regulations, and firm policies.
    • Conduct risk assessments, plan audit procedures, and manage the overall audit process.
  2. Client Interaction:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
    • Serve as a key point of contact for clients during the audit process, addressing inquiries and providing valuable insights.
  3. Team Leadership:

    • Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance on technical issues and fostering a collaborative work environment.
    • Conduct regular reviews of workpapers and audit documentation.
  4. Quality Control:

    • Implement and uphold quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency in audit deliverables.
    • Ensure timely completion of audit assignments and adherence to deadlines.
  5. Multi-Office Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with teams across multiple offices in Southern California, promoting consistent service delivery and knowledge sharing.
    • Leverage technology to facilitate communication and collaboration between offices.
  6. Professional Development:

Qualifications:
