- Provide administrative support by conducting research, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and training lower-level staff
- Prepare various documents, reports, and financial statements using office software
- Read and determine the significance of incoming memos and distribute them accordingly
- File corporate documents, greet visitors, and respond to routine inquiries in correspondence
