Job Description:

  • Counsel potential students/ working professionals over call/ VC /DS / direct visit at centre to inform them about a product and help them in making better career decisions.
  • Guide students on how online learning is better than offline learning
  • Explain Online Learning products and its USPs to students
  • Give product demo to students
  • Sell online courses and achieve daily sales target
  • Lead generation and regular follow ups to prospect leads for sales
  • Product related student’s queries resolutions
  • Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Cash Management at the center.
  • Well versed with Microsoft excel and google sheet
  •  

Required Skills:

  1. Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Very strong selling skills
  3. Fluent in Hindi language
  4. Good team player
  5. Outspoken with good people skills
  6. Experience in Edtech sector is preferred
