We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team. Artion Medical Software is powering healthcare organizations and independent physician practices with custom software solutions to provide high-quality patient care. About You
We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer who is passionate about building highly available and scalable services to power a variety of applications. A successful candidate will bring strong analytical ability, software engineering expertise, and the ability to deliver results within a fast-moving, agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Create experience design deliverables including: user flows, wireframes, high fidelity design comps, clickable prototypes
- Design intuitive and simple user interfaces for web and mobile solutions, producing journey maps, storyboards, mockups, and conceptual models
- Iteratively prototype designs using research insights and user feedback
- Work directly with product owners, engineers, scrum masters, agile coaches, QA testers and other stakeholders to effectively deliver experiences
- Utilize various cognitive techniques to evaluate user interfaces with end users to refine the UI to ensure it complements the user’s task, environment, profile, and needs
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and shipping software products
- Knowledge of user-centered design, usability principles and techniques
- Fluency with Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Expertise in building interactive prototypes to illustrate your own UX & UI design for applications, web sites and mobile apps using modern technologies (ex. InVision, Figma, Webflow, Adobe XD)
- Experience creating UX products for desktop and mobile platforms (responsive web & native experiences )
- Experience with accessibility and ADA standards
