GVW is hiring CCE’s for International IT Sales. Recruiting and selling to clients our products and services - websites, software, mobile applications, digital marketing services such as SEO, SMM, and paid online advertising (PPC).
Responsibilities
Work directly with customers via telephone and email to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase new products and/or services.
Educate customers on product offers and services to improve their “on-line presence” (SEO) and explain pricing and answer questions.
Build value and improve customer relationships.
Follow up with customers via telephone or email after initial sales contact.
Maintain accurate daily record of sales on a sales tracker.
Continued product education and training to improve service customer calls.
Skills/Requirements
One or more years of experience in Telesales.
Strong customer service and telesales skills.
Web Based Applications and Windows experience,
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Ability to manage confidential client information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem solving and decision making skills.
Superior skills in closing deals.
