Tech solution analyst (immediate need) for Retail project.
Expected duration 3-4 months.
Interested to have candidates with tech analysis experience on Inventory management, Retail domain and understanding the end-to-end data flow between systems.
Hourly Rate: $65/hr
Remote is ok, but have to work in Pacific time zone.

Job Requirements
• Conceptualize and solution for key business use cases in collaboration with Business and Engineering partners
• Work with stakeholders to design highly available solutions
• Collaborate with Architects to document reference architectures along with participating in Well Architected Reviews.
• Break down design plans into actionable project plans.
• Understand the business & application requirements and translate them into system / technical requirements.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Teams, in particular the Solution Architects, to define and validate the technical approach, strategy, and deliverables for the program. As the key member of the team, you’ll also prepare and deliver presentations, process flows, create data mapping, update documentation repository and deliver work products.
• Experience in implementing highly scalable web applications and services.
• Critical to have a sound knowledge of Integration tools, Inventory Management and Retail domain knowledge.
• Ability to learn quickly to adapt to the changes in the Skechers ecosystem.
• The Solutions Analyst is a mix of both business and technical role, but more emphasis to the technical expertise. The candidate must be broadly competent across many areas of technology (Application, Analytics, Integration, Databases, Security) and in-depth knowledge in a couple of these are highly desirable.
Education and Experience-
• 5+ years of experience with technical systems analysis, solutions, and working with teams on software implementations.
• 3+ years supporting Retail or Order Management/ERP integrations. (Oracle Xstore, Oracle Cloud, Manhattan Active Omni, Boomi like Integration tools)
• Extensive experience documenting development requirements, process flows, testing requirements, coordinating code reviews and documentation signoffs.
• Conversant in both technical and business acumen.
• Basic understanding of the cloud and solution design principles
• Huge plus to have the AWS knowledge and understanding of Gateway, Serverless, etc.
• Ability to lead user workshops, capture, define/refine requirements, write business and system use cases, design process workflow/activity diagrams; experience with a business process mapping tool is a plus.
• Prefer domain expertise in a Retail, apparel, or footwear industry.
• Strong data management and analysis skills, including experience with data mapping, data standardization, data clean up, and data consolidation is a plus.
• Good communications and team player
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering preferred.
