Overview:
The Oracle Cloud - Procurement role is crucial to our organization as it oversees the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Cloud Procurement modules. This position plays a vital role in ensuring seamless integration of procurement processes and effective utilization of Oracle Cloud technology to streamline the procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Procurement modules
  • Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures within the Oracle Cloud system
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure the system to meet business needs
  • Execute testing and validation of Oracle Cloud Procurement functionalities
  • Provide end-user training and support for Oracle Cloud Procurement
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive best practices in procurement processes
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
  • Utilize SQL for data analysis and reporting
  • Conduct regular system audits and ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
  • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud Procurement updates and provide recommendations for enhancements
  • Address and resolve system issues and provide troubleshooting support
  • Assist in creating and maintaining system documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Manage relationships with Oracle and other related vendors
  • Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and industry standards
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Procurement modules
  • Proficiency in Oracle ERP Cloud technology and procurement processes
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management and procurement best practices
  • Experience in SQL and data analysis for reporting purposes
  • Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure Oracle Cloud Procurement modules
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and end-user training
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for system troubleshooting and process improvements
  • Certifications in Oracle Cloud Procurement or related areas is a plus
  • Understanding of procurement regulations and compliance standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and system integrity
  • Ability to adapt to changes and learn new technologies as required
