Our customer is an innovative and highly driven organization behind the best software for Enterprise Architecture. Their mission is to enable organizations to achieve goals faster, together, and based on insights. They achieve this by providing a SaaS platform that companies use to achieve strategic goals such as digital transformations in areas of business, IT, and data. Companies such as Disney, Randstad, Wakefern corp., Boskalis, the ANWB, Erasmus University, VolkerWessels, and many hospitals and municipalities in the Netherlands and the US. But, in order for us to keep delivering the best possible product to our customers, a high-performing Back-end is crucial.

What about the team?

You will work with a nice mix of QA's, front end and back end developers from more than 7 different nationalities, located in both the Netherlands and Romania. We love working in an agile way (scrum/kanban) and hope you do too. At this moment our back-end development team consists of 3 tech specialists and is split between both locations. Our plan for the near future is to scale up our engineering department by growing both Back end and Front-end teams and improving our codebase.

Where would you fit in?


Our Platform is currently built on C# and .Net on Azure Service Fabric and MongoDB. At the moment, we are evaluating the granularity and efficiency of our codebase to be able to better support multi-user actions and experiences. Your main focus will be on the R&D and maintenance of our back-end by researching new technologies, creating new functionalities and innovations, doing maintenance work when needed and supporting the rest of the team. In addition, you will support our customers when they are facing complicated technical issues on their environments. We would like to hear your vision on test-driven development, websockets, efficient data processing/pipelines, and integrations with infra and front-end. Nothing is set in stone here and we truly are a company that embraces change.
