Job Title: Customer Support Manager (Russian or Ukrainian language)

Job Type: Remote

Location: Europe

Ukrainian Fintech company is looking for an experienced Customer Support Manager to work remotely.

Our ideal candidate has

-2 years of work experience in a similar position (in the finance sector, payments);

-Knowledge of the English language at a basic level;

-Computer/laptop and high-speed, high-quality Internet;

-Knowledge of Cryptocurrency and Blockchain

What tasks are facing our super support

-Ensuring high-quality and prompt resolution of customer issues (in chat, up to 150 chats per day);

-Interaction with other divisions of the company to resolve customer issues.
