Our client is a growing company that delivers great B2B services. As a Technical Renewal Advisor you make sure to provide all reasons to your clients to renew their contract with the company. You will work in a motivated and fun (!) team that will help you to challenge yourself every day!

The Offer:

  • Follow up with the existing clients by doing outbound calls;
  • Understand your clients needs and/or objections to renew the services ;
  • Provide all useful information about the services, products and promotions;
  • Become an expert of the preferred partners products ;
  • Support the vendors in their use to increase all stakeholders profit;
  • Make sure of the clients loyalty;

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in one of the following languages : Swedish or Norwegian or Danish.
  • Comfortable communicating in English;
  • Sociable person who loves new challenges;
  • Previous experience in customer service environment, is a plus;
  • Extremely comfortable with phone calls;
