Your missions

This is a 100% Remote position for candidates in South Africa

We are surfing the wave of digital advertising and social media and we manage digital content production for multinationals and SMEs. We are experiencing consistent growth and have great plans for the future!

In this case, we have a solid project with a large multinational client and we are actively looking for a Digital Content Manager with Copywriting Skills to be part of a growing team of Content Production specialists.

We are looking for a person with full awareness of the logic and processes behind digital content production, whose main role will be supporting the planning and management of the content production process for a specified market/country.

Occasionally and only if needed the person will be requested to participate in the content production process as a direct content producer, so she/he should be provided with the needed creative sensitivity and skills.

Main Responsibilities

Collect clients’ briefs of Content to be produced.
Process the requests received, translating them into production specifications.
Be responsible for content delivery in terms of quality and timing.
Produce professional written digital content in English e.g. social media posts, digital advertising copy, landing pages text, and similar.
Be able to prioritize activities based on assignments and constant verification of the content team productive capacity.
Keep constant communication with the content team, to align operations to clients’ needs and Company assignments.
Produce functional documentation to highlight the needs that may emerge from the markets supervised.

About you:

You are located in South Africa, enjoy a good work-life balance but still want to be part of a world-class project
English native speaker
Basic knowledge of Italian is a plus
Have at least 3 years of experience in digital copywriting
Have Project management skills
Having knowledge of project management tools is a strong plus (Monday.com, ClickUp)
Have basic knowledge of digital UX/UI design processes and components •
Are highly familiar with the main digital content assets and the processes of their production: Graphic & Video transcreation, DEM, Landing Pages, and Digital Banner.
Have basic knowledge of Quality Assurance processes
Are organized and motivated
Strongly oriented to delivery and timing/requirements matching
Have the ability to work under pressure
Are a great team worker, leading by example
