IAM Project Coordinator (DirX)

We are seeking for a new colleague who is eager to learn, possesses the ability to dive deeply into issues, and welcomes challenges. He/She will be part of a compact team of 2-3 members, handling the support and enhancement of the existing configuration, with a primary concentration on the Evidian DirX segment.

This is your job:

• Project coordination and management in the field of Identity and Access Management projects
• Managing and coordination between the application responsible for Atos DirX and the application responsible for the integrated applications.
• Management of integrating new applications
• Process management, defining of workflows
• Tasks management

Your qualifications:

• Language Skills:
  German - C1 and above
  English - B1 and above
• Networking:
  Basics of networking, including protocols, firewall configurations, and security considerations, especially in relation to supporting DirX in distributed environments or other LDAP applications.
• Operating Systems:
  Skills in operating systems where DirX components might be deployed, mainly Windows Server deployments.
• Security:
  General understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  Experience with PKI, SSL/TLS, and other encryption mechanisms.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM) Concepts:
  Knowledge of IAM workflows like user provisioning, de-provisioning. Familiarity with the concept of attribute based tasks and workflows.
• Directory Services:
  Skills in LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) and related technologies.
  Experience with directory synchronization and replication.
• Programming and Scripting Languages:
  Scripting skills in at least one of the languages like Python or PowerShell scripting for automation and integration tasks are a must.
  Experience with TCL (Tool Command Language) is a strong advantage.
  Depending on the level of customization, skills in relevant programming languages like Java might be helpful but these are not a must.
• Web Technologies:
  Familiarity with web services and administration.
  Knowledge of Apache web servers and application servers administration is a strong advanatge.
• FTP Servers:
  Configuring and managing SFTP servers.
  Setting up secure channels for data transfer, user authentication mechanisms, and directory permissions on SFTP servers. Basic Understanding of Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) principles.
• DirX Product Knowledge (would be strong advantage):
  Good Understanding of the DirX Directory.
  Familiarity with the configuration, customization and administration of DirX Directory and integration with other IAM tools.
• Other Integration Technologies (would be strong advantage):
  Familiarity with any other Identity and Access management platform like SailPoint Identity IQ will be considered an advantage.

  Communication: Capability to work with stakeholders, gather requirements, and communicate findings.
  Interpersonal Skills: Building strong relationships and interacting effectively with colleagues, superiors, and clients.

  Self-organization: Be well organized and keep track of the big picture.
  Problem-solving: Ability to deep dive and understand the problem and the underlying issues.
