Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst evaluating and enhancing business processes, Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, SOA concepts and Use Cases for requirement specification is beneficial.
Key responsabilities:
- Planning, scoping the business aspects of projects and defining project analysis approaches
- Facilitating workshops to gather requirements, validate designs and implement process changes using automation technologies
- Applying formal business process modelling methodologies like BPMN and experience with workflow management systems
- Engaging in process transformation, Business Process Reengineering and understanding process performance and change management
