Your missions

Job Description

  • 3-5 years of total experience in the IT industry.
  • 1-3 years of legal experience preferred.
  • Bachelors degree (include BCA holders as well)/Diploma Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications/software.
  • Some experience in any one of the programming languages would be helpful.
  • Some experience in .Net/Dot Net. would be helpful.
  • Hands-on experience of SQL would be helpful.
  • Constructing SQL queries to interact with the database.
  • Strong Analytical skills to interpret the data from an existing dataset.
  • Basic knowledge of IIS, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, VMware, Active Directory.
  • Hands-on experience in application support/software support/desktop support.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux
  • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Customer-oriented attitude.
  • Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (English).
  • Strong experience is handling global clients.
  • Open to work in all global shifts.
  • Understanding of legal process is preferred.
  • Experience working with legal software is preferred.
  • Knowledge of case management software.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience handling client data
  • Experience reviewing and processing legal documents.
  • Think out of the box to resolve complex issues.
  • Adapt quickly to new situations.
  • Learn new things quickly.
  • Excellent Organizational skills
