Sr Civil Engineer (Design, Hybrid Work Environment)

Brighton Solutions is conducting a search for a Sr Civil Engineer with design experience that is looking to develop his or her career by joining a small, but effective, team in southeast Wisconsin.

The ideal individual will have 5+ years of related professional experience in areas such as residential or commercial site plans, site engineering, septic design, drafting, stormwater wastewater and drainage calculations and management, permitting coordination and other related experience. Current and strong working experience around Civil 3D skills using tools such as AutoCAD / Civil 3D. Engineering review and hands on leadership.

Your ideal qualifications for this role will include:

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an Accredited US institution. 
• A Master's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management would be a plus
• A current PE or EIT or experience that could lead toward attaining the designation
• Site design, wastewater/SWMM
• 5+ years related experience required
