Specification Sales Manager - HVAC - Social Housing

Area: The South West - BA, BS, DT, EX, PL, SN, TA, TQ, TR

The Role Specification Sales Manager - HVAC - Social Housing

  • As a Specification Sales Manager, you will be responsible for specifying the company's heating and renewable products (air sourced heat pumps) into the Social Housing market, Local Authorities, Housing Associations - dealing with the new build market.
  • As Specification Sales Manager, you will be liaising with Asset Managers, Operations Managers, Estimators etc through to C-suite / level decision makers.
  • The Specification Sales Manager will be supported by coordinators, marketing, customer services and an in house technical team (you will also have the benefit of dedicated training centres.
  • This Specification Sales Manager role will require you to win specifications, manage whole projects and break specifications .

The Candidate for the Specification Sales Manager

  • Experience selling a HVAC / KBB / electrical or technical product i.e. into social housing, councils / local authorities
  • Our client will also consider candidates that have sold into M&E consultants
